Multidimensional, as is well known, Mr. Kekkis had kept this activity of his as a purely personal point of reference unrelated to the professional field of private insurance in which he has excelled for decades. However, the time of revelation has come. A series of exhibits with different content that you can distinguish pass through all the artistic currents and trends of the painting, showing the psyche of the artist Vassilis Kekkis. In his works with flawless realism, he captures thoughts, feelings, and ideas.
An important reason for Mr. Kekki’s decision to exhibit his works is that part of the proceeds will be allocated for the financial support of painters who want to be active again.
With a purely social sign in this first appearance, he invites and will happily welcome, as he says, acquaintances, friends, partners, and fellow travelers from the insurance market who will visit the exhibition. There, visitors may discover in the works some nuggets of characteristics that Vassilis spent during his long career in the sector of technocratic insurance work.
Art, sensitivity, cultivation, behavior, result a series of interrelated characteristics that accompany the artist and shape his unique personal image on the professional path. This is what Mr. Kekkis will show us in his exhibition and through his works.
His assistants in the exhibition are two important corporate entities with a dynamic presence in the market, the insurance company Eurolife FHH and the private hospital Therapis General Hospital
On the occasion of the exhibition, we contacted him, and he told us that, from a very young age – childhood – he felt love in this form of expression of emotions. He grew up “with her”; he was always busy with whatever he was doing and found in painting a field of abundant expression. His works – from what he showed us – are special, expressive, and harmonious, with bright colors and impressive compositions. He prefers “oil” as a working material and has predominantly created with it until today.

Definition: “Painting is the artistic manifestation of the visual character that uses a set of techniques and materials to capture, on a specific surface, a graphic composition according to certain aesthetic values.”
Maybe…but probably not. Now that I think about it again….definitely not
Painting is silent poetry, and my paintings are the odyssey of my soul.
The expression of ideas and concerns, fears and desires, feelings and thoughts are captured on canvas.
It is a challenge for a non-painter to decide to make an exhibition of the soul.
A need … spring, an urge … instinctive, a second breath and … I decided.
