The company “PRIVATE RESEARCH DIAGNOSTIC THERAPEUTIC HOSPITAL FT PREMIUM CLINIC SOCIETY ANONYMOUS” is a model diagnostic, therapeutic and surgical private hospital. The goal is to provide high quality health services based on correct medical diagnosis, personalized therapeutic approach with appropriate nursing care.
The company’s goals are:
- our continued compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
- providing and ensuring quality patient care service,
- ensuring the reliability and validity of diagnostic tests and their results,
- increasing employee satisfaction in the company,
- the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
In order to achieve its aforementioned goals, the company undertakes the following actions:
- installation and implementation of BMS,
- cooperation with reliable suppliers,
- ensuring human and logistical resources of high quality standards,
- installation of new technology systems,
- continuous encouragement of employees for improvement and training.
In the context of the continuous improvement of its operation and the services provided, the company has developed and implements an EMS in accordance with the requirements of the ELOT EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.
The management of the company is committed to:
- the effective implementation of the SDS
- the implementation of the requirements of the legislation regarding the operation of the Center
- securing and providing the necessary resources to meet the requirements of the SDS and its continuous improvement
This Policy is publicly available, supported by measurable objectives and reviewed annually by the company’s Management.
This quality policy is reviewed by the Management and will be revised when deemed necessary.
