Collection of Results

To collect a copy of the patient’s medical file, a written request is required.

The medical file is confidential, and its collection requires the presentation of the patient’s ID.

If a relative or companion wishes to collect a copy of the patient’s file or test results, they must have the relevant authorization from the patient.

Information about hospitalization and the patient’s condition is provided only by the attending physician and is not given over the phone.
