Hemodynamic Laboratory
The Hemodynamic Laboratory of Therapis General is equipped with the most modern digital coronary angiographic – angiographic complex Artis Zee with PURE, with HDR Flat Detector.
The Laboratory is staffed by specialized medical and nursing personnel on 24-hour standby, as required by the needs of a modern Cardiology Unit.
It covers the needs of performing complex diagnostic and interventional procedures in the fields of interventional cardiology, electrophysiology and radiology.
The Laboratory offers diagnostic, interventional and therapeutic services.
Diagnostic Procedures:
- Coronary angiography, left ventriculography and aortography
Right heart catheterization - Measurement of cardiac cavity pressures, calculation of cardiac output and vascular resistances
- Pacemaker control and programming
- Electrophysiological studies
- Myocardial biopsy
- Pericardial puncture for diagnostic purposes
