The company “PRIVATE RESEARCH DIAGNOSTIC THERAPEUTIC HOSPITAL F.T. PREMIUM CLINIC S.A.” is a model diagnostic, therapeutic and surgical private hospital. The aim is to provide high quality health services based on correct medical diagnosis, personalized therapeutic approach with appropriate nursing care.
The company’s objectives are:
our continuous compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements,
the provision and assurance of quality patient care,
the assurance of the reliability and validity of diagnostic tests and their results,
the increase in the satisfaction of the company’s employees,
the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
In order to achieve its aforementioned objectives, the company takes the following actions:
- installation and implementation of a QMS,
- collaboration with reliable suppliers,
- ensuring human and material resources of high quality standards,
- installation of new technology systems,
- continuous encouragement of employees for improvement and training.
- In the context of the continuous improvement of its operating methods and the services provided, the company has developed and implements a QMS in accordance with the requirements of the ELOT EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.
The company's Management is committed to:
- the implementation of the requirements of the legislation regarding the operation of the Center
- the securing and provision of the necessary resources to comply with the requirements of the QMS and its continuous improvement
