  • He established his private practice in Aspropyrgos, Attica in 2011.
  • Today, in addition to his clinic in Aspropyrgos, he collaborates as the scientific head of the orthopedic department with two medical centers: Medica in Agios Stefanos, Attica, and Iasis in Nafplio, Argolis.
  • He collaborates with major hospitals in Athens for performing his surgical procedures, such as Metropolitan Hospital in Neo Faliro, Metropolitan General in Cholargos, Mediterraneo Clinic in Glyfada, Athens Medical CenterPeristeri Clinic, and the Athenian Clinic – Mediclinic in central Athens.
  • He began his specialty training in Orthopedic Surgery in 2006 at one of the most important trauma and specialized orthopedic hospitals, “Asklepieio Voulas” General Hospital, where he learned orthopedic surgical practice alongside renowned experts in the field.
  • He continued his surgical training in the United Kingdom as a resident in General Surgery at Gilbert Bain NHS Hospital in Scotland.
  • He served his military service as a unit physician.
  • He further pursued surgical experience in the United Kingdom as a resident in General Surgery at Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Hospital.
  • His surgical training began in 2003 at the “P. & A. KyriakouChildren’s Hospital of Athens, where he remained for six (6) months.
  • He served during 2002–2003 as a rural doctor at the Regional Medical Clinic of Kastellia, Fokida, under the General Hospital of Amfissa.

  • He obtained the specialty title in Orthopedic Surgery in 2011.
  • He received his Medical Degree in 2001 with a grade of “Very Good – 7.5/10” from the University of Ioannina.
  • He was admitted in 1995 to the Medical School of the University of Ioannina through national entrance examinations, having graduated from the 1st General High School of Aspropyrgos.

  • He was trained with a scholarship from the European Federation of National Associations of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (EFORT) in Florence, Italy, under Professor Maximilliano Marcucci in Minimally Invasive Surgery, particularly in hip and knee joint replacement.
  • In 2009, he obtained a Master’s degree (MSc) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Metabolic Bone Diseases and Osteoporosis.

Distinctions / Awards

  • He received a scholarship from the European Orthopaedic Society (EFORT) for his specialization in Minimally Invasive Surgery in Florence.
